In the coming weeks, there will be an interruption in service for two periods. All services will be ON HOLD during these times, and e-mail inquiries will be handled AFTER the following periods:
June 19th through 23rd, 2025 (06/19 - 06/23)
July 4th through 25th, 2025 (07/04 - 07/25)
The scheduling number will remain active, but no calibration services, ECU unlock services, etc will be available. Any ECU's received this interruption will be stuck here until after the dates mentioned. DO NOT SEND YOUR ECU(s) DURING THIS TIME unless you're able to be without the vehicle.

The IMW Hondata FlashPro Trade-In Program allows you to make the jump to the powerful KTuner Flash v1.2 hardware for a small fee, and without the headache of trying to sell your old hardware on the used market.
- Purchase the service here.
- Unlock your FlashPro unit from your car. ("Online," then "Return ECU to Stock", followed by "Online," then "Unlock from Vehicle" in the FlashPro Manager software)
- Box up the FlashPro unit and the USB cable into the original box***, and ship it to:

Be sure to include your order number, your name, a good contact phone number and a return address. Including a copy of your invoice is always a good idea.
Once your old FlashPro is received, we will verify it's "unlocked" status, and process the shipment of your new KTuner Flash v1.2 hardware. Ground shipping of the new KTuner Flash v1.2 unit to you is included in the price. Offer valid only to continental U.S. residents only currently.
***USB cable is required for trade-in offer. If you do not have the original cable, supply an equivalent. If the original box is not available, a $15 surcharge must be selected at check-out.
