ECU Cloning With Unlocking

For 2017+ Civic Type R (FK8 / FL5) and 2024+ Integra Type S (DE5).

Want to keep your original factory ECU unmodified while enjoying reflashing and tuning? We can extract its data and transfer it to an unlocked donor ECU, ready to plug in and flash. Your original stays unmodified; the donor carries the same data, with unlocking added.

You can supply a new or used donor. Please label both ECUs clearly as original and donor. Service starts at $325 including ground return shipping.

Our published compatibility guidance (December 2023) calls for an FK8 donor with the same part number as the original. FL5 and DE5 donors can be cross-cloned. Confirm your specific donor with us before purchasing.

The Integra Type S ECU (37820-6PV-A03) remains less expensive new from an Acura dealer than the FL5 Civic Type R ECU (37820-66V-A03), subject to availability.
