Information We Collect

We collect contact and address information; order, appointment, payment confirmation, and shipping details; vehicle, modification, fuel, hardware, and service-goal information; submitted agreements, signatures, acknowledgments, and dates; and messages you send us. Calibration files, datalogs, and comments are supplied through IMW Link. Technical information, including network addresses, session identifiers, and security records, helps us operate and protect our systems.

How We Use Information

We use information to fulfill orders, schedule appointments, provide services, ship products, review agreements, respond to questions, and send service notifications. We also protect customer access, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and resolve payment or service issues.

Payments

Payments are handled by your selected provider, such as Square or PayPal. Payment credentials are entered through the provider’s payment interface, not stored in our website’s order records. We retain payment references, amounts, and confirmation information. Providers handle information under their own privacy policies.

Service Providers & Sharing

Providers supporting our operations process information, including Amazon Web Services for hosting and email delivery, payment processors, and shipping carriers. Information needed for calibration is also handled through IMW Link. We may disclose information as necessary to meet legal obligations or protect against fraud or misuse.

We do not sell customer information or share it for advertising.

Customer Review Widget

Our homepage displays customer reviews using a Jotform widget. Loading it connects your browser to Jotform and Google-hosted review images. These providers receive technical request information, such as your network address and browser information, and may use their own browser technologies under their privacy policies. Cookies & Browser Storage

Cookies and browser storage support secure access, remember your shopping cart, and maintain certain preferences. Blocking cookies or clearing storage may affect these functions. External websites and payment providers may use their own technologies.

Information Security

We use safeguards including encrypted connections, encrypted customer records, and access controls designed to protect information. No website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep customer access links private and do not send passwords or payment credentials through our contact form.

Information Retention

We retain customer information as needed to provide services, maintain transaction and service records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose. Backup copies may remain after removal from active systems.

Privacy Requests

For privacy questions or requests, please use our contact form. Include your order reference when relevant, but do not send passwords or payment credentials. We may verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal reasons.
